Privacy Policy Compliance
The most common silent rejection cause — make your privacy policy public, linked, and carrier-grade before you submit.
Check your privacy policy against this before submitting any Brand or Campaign. Reviewers visit the page directly, so a login-gated, blank, or “under construction” policy fails the review without an obvious explanation — making it the number-one silent rejection cause. The non-negotiable clause is that SMS opt-in data and consent are never shared or sold to third parties for marketing, with a carve-out only for the provider that delivers your messages. From September 15, 2026, Twilio also requires separate Privacy Policy and Terms URLs (error 30493).
The #1 silent rejection cause. Make it public and carrier-grade.
