Privacy Policy
How a2p.guide handles your data — no accounts, no form submissions, and tool inputs never leave your browser. We use privacy-focused page analytics only.

This Privacy Policy explains how HappyChases Media Works OPC Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), an OPC Private Limited incorporated in India, handles information in connection with the website a2p.guide (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to this Policy.
Information we do not collect
The Site is a static, informational reference. We do not:
- require registration, logins, or accounts;
- ask you to submit forms to us;
- run advertising networks or behavioural tracking for marketing;
- receive, store, or process anything you enter into the calculators, generators, validators, or checklists.
Every interactive tool (cost calculator, opt-in CTA generator, readiness checklist, etc.) executes locally in your browser. Inputs are processed on your device and are never transmitted to us or any third party.
Information processed automatically
Local storage on your device
Some tools (the checklists, the readiness audit, and your light/dark theme preference) save state in your browser’s local storage so your progress survives a page reload. This data lives only on your device, is readable only by the Site in your browser, is never sent to us, and can be cleared at any time by using each tool’s “Reset” control or clearing your browser storage.
Hosting and server logs
The Site is hosted on GitHub Pages (GitHub, Inc.). Like virtually all web hosts, GitHub may automatically log standard technical request data — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — for security and to operate the service. This processing is governed by the GitHub Privacy Statement. We do not control or receive these logs.
Newsletter
If you opt in via the footer subscription form, we collect the email address (required) and name (optional) you provide and pass them to our self-hosted Sendy installation at marketing.happychases.com so we can send A2P regulatory update emails you requested. We only submit your details after you check the consent box. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in each message. Sendy processes this data on our behalf; we do not sell newsletter sign-ups to third parties.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) on the production Site to understand aggregate traffic — pages visited, referral sources, and general usage patterns. Google may set cookies or use similar technologies and process data such as your IP address (often truncated), browser type, and pages viewed. This helps us improve the reference, not profile individual visitors. Processing is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out via Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on or your browser’s cookie controls.
Web fonts
The Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (Google LLC). When your browser fetches a font, Google may receive your IP address and request metadata, governed by the Google Privacy Policy. We use Google Fonts solely to render the Site and for no other purpose.
Outbound links
We link to government bodies, regulators, carriers, and vendors. Once you follow an external link you are subject to that destination’s own privacy practices, not this Policy.
Cookies
We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Google Analytics may set cookies on the production Site (see above). Local storage (described above) is not a cookie and is not used to track you across sites.
How we use information
Because we do not collect personal information, we do not use it for profiling, marketing, or sale. We may review aggregate, non-identifying hosting metrics (if available from our host) only to keep the Site reliable.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under laws such as the EU/UK GDPR, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), or India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) — including rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Since we do not hold personal data about you, there is generally nothing for us to retrieve or erase. If you believe we hold information about you, contact us (below) and we will respond as required by applicable law.
Children
The Site is a business-to-business reference and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
International users
The Site is operated from India and served via a global content-delivery network. If you access it from elsewhere, you consent to processing as described here.
Changes
We may update this Policy as the Site or the law changes. The “Effective date” above reflects the latest version; material changes will be posted on this page.
