The three you most likely need to act on
  • RMD annual recertification — Mar 1, 2026. If you (or your voice provider) file in the Robocall Mitigation Database, recertify or risk having all traffic blocked.
  • Toll-free BRN fields — Jan 1, 2026 (Telnyx/Bandwidth: Feb 17, 2026). New mandatory Business Registration Number, Issuing Country, and Entity Type on toll-free verifications.
  • TCPA “revoke-all” — Jan 31, 2027. A STOP on one message type will eventually apply across all types; build your opt-out plumbing accordingly.
