About 90% of 10DLC campaign rejections trace to a dozen recurring causes — almost all of them in the consent flow, the privacy policy, or a brand/website mismatch. Search by the rejection code you were given (or by keyword), expand the cause, and read the exact fix.

Rejection Troubleshooter
Find your rejection code, severity, and the fix
Each rejected resubmission costs another $15 — fix every cited issue before resubmitting. Codes are approximate and shift over time; confirm against your live console. Full table: rejection reasons & fixes.

How it works

Type any part of a cause, a code (e.g. 30932), or a fix keyword and the list filters as you type. Click a cause to expand its fix. Each row shows a severity:

  • Fixable — correct the cited issue and resubmit (most rejections).
  • Hard block — a missing/non-compliant privacy policy or prohibited content; often the use case simply cannot be registered until the underlying issue is resolved.

Codes are approximate: TCR and Twilio numeric codes shift over time and vary by platform, so confirm against your live console. For the full annotated table and the surrounding consent rules, see rejection reasons & fixes.
